Senior Product Designer

*Solbeg, Warsaw, Poland – (June 2025 - now) Full Time*

My Project: Service Channel (USA) - B2B SaaS platform for facilities management used by major retail, healthcare, and restaurant brands.

As a Product Designer on the ServiceChannel team, I’m responsible for improving the usability and functionality of complex workflows used by facility managers, service providers, and technicians. My responsibilities include:

• Leading the Mobile iOS Design System to ensure consistency, scalability, and accessibility
• Redesigned the Work Orders Dashboard with improved filtering — boosting usability and task completion efficiency.
• Driving design for the AI Hub, integrating AI-powered features (including AI Chat Bot) into core workflows. Currently working on Universal Chat to provide even better user experience for our users.
• Supporting and expanding the Web Design System across product.
• Working cross-functionally with PMs, TPMs, and Engineering from concept to delivery, using analytics, user research, and VOC insights.
• Design and enhance user experiences for Refrigerant Tracking services, aligning regulatory, business, and user needs.
• Lead end-to-end design initiatives in close partnership with Product Management, Technical Program Managers, and Engineering, driving alignment from product strategy through execution.
